The company was formed in 2019 by ex-British Gas colleagues Thomas and Danny. After many years working for the industry’s leading organisation we had definitely seen the best and worst of big business, and ultimately felt we could do things better, with a more personalised touch.
With over 30 years of combined industry experience we pride ourselves on the level of service we’re able to deliver. We won’t tell you that you need a new boiler when you don’t, we put trust and integrity at the heart of every customer journey and always look to keep every job as cost effective for the customer as possible.
Thomas is our company founder, with a career spanning over 15 years he’s provided valuable maintenance and support to thousands of homes across Edinburgh and the Lothians. He has a passion for problem solving and loves the challenge of getting to the bottom of difficult faults and issues.
Thomas has a young family and is very much a hands-on Dad. He likes chasing new experiences, usually in the form of foreign travel, and has been fortunate to travel much of the world with his wife Sara.
Thomas’s favourite pastimes are getting outdoors for long walks, climbing mountains, or going camping. He loves music, dancing, gigs, and festivals so don’t be surprised if you hear his van outside your home before you see it! And, he loves socialising, so if you like a blether, get the kettle on!
Danny’s gas career started in his early 20s and he’s since dedicated almost half his life to the industry, and more specifically to keeping the residents of Edinburgh and Lothians warm. He’s always enjoyed the technical engineering aspect of the job but also enjoys his conversations with customers, new and old.
Danny is the epitome of a family man, 15 years married and the father of 3 wonderful kids, he spends the majority of his time away from the business with his family, in particular running the kids about to their various clubs and classes.
When he does find a bit of free time, you’ll likely find Danny at the gym, off enjoying the Scottish Countryside while climbing a few Munro’s, and every now and then, having a boogie at a concert or gig.
