Gas appliance servicing is of utmost importance. We recommend all gas appliances be checked at least once every 12 months. Regular servicing should prolong the lifetime of your boiler and ultimately keep you and your family safe – you wouldn’t believe some of the safety issues we’ve picked up during routine service checks!

We have the necessary qualifications and knowledge to install whatever you require to industry-standard and regulations. We can guarantee it will look good too!
LANDLORD SERVICES
Gas safety check and certification, Legionella inspection and certification, PAT testing.
Whether it be private landlords, property management companies or letting agents, we aim to be a one-stop-shop in order to assist in meeting all legal and regulatory rental obligations. We can even offer additional electrical services like EICR checks through a third-party electrical firm we work closely with.
